Green water, green food, green living has been the goal of the Chiayi County Rural Sustainable Development Association since it was founded in year 99, and it has never changed. This studio develops with the same philosophy. Environmental sustainability, sixth-sector industry development and humanistic care advance together so that farming and fishing villages can develop sustainably. Together with Jiang Boru, a young aquaculture farmer with the association and studio, they develop diverse fish pond experiences and fish-eating education courses, guiding students to have class at an ecological fish pond. Besides learning about the environment, students observe the growth cycle of aquatic products and learn about environmental issues such as carbon emissions. The association also writes lively lesson plans so students do more than sit and listen, learning through fun with teaching tools and activities.
1.Learn where the water comes from, why trees are planted at the fish pond, and the difference between ecological and traditional aquaculture.

3.Introduction to everyday pond-care materials, natural care products for fish and shrimp.

1.Soak in salt water to draw out blood and remove fishy smell
