Step in and it feels like going back in time. Old furnishings recall what three generations have been through, and you learn step by step how kumquats are processed, experiencing the fun and good taste of turning fresh fruit into jam. Before you leave, don't forget to take a souvenir to share this journey with family and friends.

A tiny kumquat has a different flavor from peel to seed. Here you can slowly cook fresh fruit into jam, then take home a jar (140ml) you made yourself.
