Event introduction
One of Chiayi County's environmental education sites, with a range of liquor by-products. Visit the liquor and creative boutique hall and the liquor bank, learn how sorghum liquor is made, and try making liquor soap yourself.
★ Liquor soap DIY experience ★
Waste from liquor making in the past, including distillers' grains and Chinese medicine dregs, polluted the environment and raised costs. Through the class explanation, you learn that treated distillers' grains can be made into compost, and that distillers' grains or Chinese medicine dregs can be made into handmade soap, creating a green economy. Learners experience the soap-making process and build an attitude of resource reuse and caring for the environment.
