Bangbang Blocks Hotel is southern Taiwan's first block-themed resort hotel, with cultural and ecological features. Located in Taibao City, Chiayi County, it traces the tracks of history, and the National Palace Museum Southern Branch is only a 2-minute walk. The hotel offers family stays and dining, with a kids' glowing-block playroom, a kids' race track, Bangbang Whale Wonderland and more.
Bangbang Blocks Hotel has two buildings. The Blocks Building has 188 rooms, and its corridors display a hundred works themed on famous paintings, blending culture and technology into an interactive, voice-activated glowing-block corridor. It has a glowing-block playroom of nearly a hundred ping, giving guests a creative space to relax and express themselves. The Family Building has 36 extra-large themed rooms, in six types: Cherry Blossom Fairy, Cave Train, Blue Mountains and Sea, Forest Elves, Old Divine Tree and Elk Paradise. It has a dedicated kids' electric car track, and every room comes with a kids' garage, an electric car (limited to 25 kg and under) and a separate large bathtub in the room.
The hotel has the Hecai Banquet Hall, serving Chinese and Western breakfasts with carefully selected quality produce and fresh ingredients. The banquet hall has a high, column-free ceiling and wide views, covers 400 ping, and holds up to 100 round tables (seating 10 each), suitable for group meetings, weddings and club dinners.
There is also the 2,100-ping "Bangbang Whale Wonderland," the largest indoor theme park in southern Taiwan, combining leisure, adventure sports and dining. Floor 1 of the park is the play area and floor 2 is a themed restaurant. The park has two halls: the "Whale Ocean Hall" with the Pirate Battlefield, Maze Treasure Hunt, Speedy Slide, Giant Blocks and Sand Showdown pit, and the "Adventure Sports Hall" with Octopus Rock Climbing, Adventure Course and Flip Trampoline.
