Event introduction
Yu Shunfeng Peanuts was founded in year 45 of the Republic of China. From picking peanuts to packaging the finished product, although this is now an age of technology and machinery, Yu Shunfeng still insists on sorting peanuts by hand. Adapting to industry changes and combining with leisure tourism, it has become the first tourist factory in Taiwan themed on peanuts. By making the process transparent, it lets people understand how many careful steps go into every plump peanut.
Remembering how it all began, with Yu Bolang in front and Yu Rensheng behind, carrying peanuts on a shoulder pole together. Though machines now do the carrying, what has not changed is the ambition of the Yu Shunfeng brand, "striving to make a name," to improve and open new opportunities, never forgetting its roots and the hardworking spirit of the people of Dongshi.
