A couple founded this brand named after their home area, "Baishuihu," offering oyster eco-tourism tours. The program includes a two-hour experience, as well as half-day and full-day tours of oyster farming life. It starts with an explanation of oyster ecology, then lets you try drilling, stringing and shucking oysters. Activities also include freshly cooked oyster vermicelli and grilling fresh oysters yourself. If the tide allows, visitors are also led to the intertidal zone for an "oyster field tour."
