Tea picking

Making tea with dedication, from the perspective of a small farmer who was the first on Alishan to grow Jinxuan tea, rooted locally for 43 years. In recent years, besides tea tourism experiences, we have also begun growing coffee, combining local ecology, tea culture and coffee culture tourism from the perspective of Alishan tea and coffee farmers.

Jinyangxin Jinyongxin Tea House recently opened a new shop at Wenfeng Visitor Center. Besides serving tea, coffee and selling farm specialty products, it develops meals using our high-mountain tea, offering distinctive tea meals for lunch and afternoon tea with coffee, positioned as an Alishan specialty tea meal and coffee house. It also provides tourism consulting at the visitor center, promoting small farm brands and serving travelers' needs.

The original bamboo tube roasted tea experience brings a fresh feel to Alishan experience tourism. After the tea is charcoal-roasted together with bamboo tubes, it takes on a special aroma and a different roasted flavor, so it has become a signature Alishan tea experience.

Besides tea and dining, the family also runs a coffee estate. The proprietress has worked with coffee since the year 77 of the Republic. She even once opened a combined restaurant and coffee shop in Kaohsiung, and after marrying up the mountain she gradually began farming. From loving to drink coffee to growing her own, she has learned how to refine coffee growing and management, and her life is now inseparable from coffee. In 111 she was rated a five-star coffee estate under the Chiayi County Government's "Fei Chang Coffee" program, and it became one of the few estates in Chiayi County with coffee production and sales traceability.
