Event introduction
Our local core crops are persimmons and Alishan tea. Combined with the Farmers' Association's exclusive "Persimmon Fruit Ice Cream" series and the writings of Mr. Liang Qichao, "Collected Works from the Ice-Drinker's Studio," they meet across time, and so the Fanlu Township Farmers' Association brand "Yinbing Persimmon Tea Collection" was born.

A guided tour introduces persimmons, and you can turn dried persimmons into persimmon treats (like Japanese wagashi).
