Come find the four sprites of salt field energy: seawater, earth, monsoon wind and sunshine. Experience the deep culture of salt making by raking salt, observing salt crystals, drinking salt worker tea, soaking your feet and watching the sunset, passing on the story of the Budai salt fields.
★DIY Stir-Fried Ice★
Learn about salt in daily life: seasoning, pickling, salt-baking, warding off evil. What else can salt be used for? Mix salt and ice into a coolant, learn how salt absorbs heat and lowers temperature, and stir-fry soda-flavored shaved ice!
