Yuanquanyi began in year 1947 making pickled sauces and is now in its fifth family generation. Its sulfur-free dried cabbage and additive-free "Music Preserved Radish" hang radishes on musical notes in a push to transform. From farm radishes with a production and sales traceability group to the table, it handles everything end to end. It won the nation's first collective radish production and sales traceability certified factory, and passed international ISO 22000 and HACCP food safety certification!
