Event introduction
Visitors tour the fishing port, sandbar, sea oyster fields and intertidal zone, with ocean-waste art installations, and observe the lagoon and rich marine life. Then land on the uninhabited island and stroll along Cake Beach to feel the beauty of nature.
★Cake Beach Experience x Intertidal Ecology★
Landing on the uninhabited intertidal island, where waves beating the beach have shaped a one-of-a-kind rippled sand landscape. Because the sand sits high and holds little water, small sand hills form. Visitors' footprints, photographed from above, appear three-dimensional because of the light, and visitors have named it Cake Beach.
