Growing organic rice in an environmentally friendly way for 19 years now, certified organic by National Chung Hsing University, the variety is Kaohsiung 147 Fragrant Diamond rice, with a fragrant, chewy, sweet taste. It is the variety that won the organic rice competition two years in a row. Fragrant Diamond brown rice germ is rich in plant B vitamins and dietary fiber, a great helper for detoxing the colon and a nutritious breakfast staple. The straw left after the organic rice harvest is reused as waste and can be woven into all kinds of straw crafts, including straw stool cushions, straw sickles, shimenawa ropes and blessing mini brooms, all works of traditional skills we share with everyone!
